Rose Petal Jam

This Bulgarian treasure made with Damask Rose Petals is delicious when served on toast, with ice cream, cake, or cheese and meat platters. This jam contains Damask rose and is a typical Bulgarian specialty. The roses are grown and handpicked in the famous Valley of Roses near the town of Kazanlik.
